Our Policy on Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us! Each item in our store is made on demand, which means that your order is custom-made just for you when you place your order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Please note the following:

  1. Order Accuracy: We encourage you to carefully review your order and each item's description before completing your purchase. Double-check sizes, colors, designs, and any personalization details to ensure everything is correct. 

  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to an error in the production process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

  3. Shipping Issues: We are not responsible for any shipping delays, lost packages or damages caused by the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, it is out of our control.
